Safarp is a faster alternative to the Add and Remove program included in Windows. Its loadings times are faster and does not load icons . It also has a handy remove entry feature for old software entries and a save list function.

To run Tweak UI you first have to download it from the Microsoft Website (Power Toys For Windows XP section)

Once you have installed it to run the program access it from the start menu or run it by clicking on the start menu, then click on run and type tweakui.

Once you have opened the program you can make many tweaks once complete make sure you press OK.
